A 4-part scripting method for living in your wish fulfilled.
Most people spend years searching for the right technique — the one that will finally make it click. They visualise, they affirm, they meditate. And still, nothing shifts. Not because the techniques are wrong. Because techniques don't manifest. States do.
A state is not a feeling you chase. It is not something you visit for twenty minutes in the morning and then abandon. A state is who you are being. It is the version of you that already has what you desire — not wanting it from a distance, not picturing it like a movie — but living it as an established fact.
"The question is never how do I get there? The question is who am I, right now?"
When you dwell in the state of your wish fulfilled — when it becomes your natural way of moving through the world — reality reorganises itself around that state. Not because of magic. Because of identity. We act, attract, and perceive in perfect alignment with who we believe ourselves to be.
This is why techniques, used carelessly, fail: they reinforce the gap. "I want this" keeps you in the position of someone who doesn't have it. The only technique worth using is one that keeps you in the state.
Use this once a day. The goal is not to complete it — it is to become it.
One sentence. Present tense. Not a wish — a declaration. Write what is true for the version of you who already lives in your desired reality. This line is your anchor.
Write one or two paragraphs walking through a specific day as this new version of you. How does the morning feel? What is ordinary to you now? What has lost its weight, its urgency? Make it sensory, specific, lived. You are not imagining — you are remembering forward.
Not for what you hope to have. For what you now have, as this version of you. Gratitude from inside the state, not toward it. This is the difference between a prayer and a knowing.
Five things. From this expanded state — what do you now give, create, or offer? How does your fulfilled self serve others? This part moves you from receiving to becoming. It is what makes the state sustainable.
Use this technique until you no longer need it — until the state it points to has become simply who you are. That is the only goal. Not to manifest things. To become the person for whom those things are natural.
